Every question about Chatib goes to one place: [email protected]. This page tells you what to include so your first message gets a real fix, how long replies usually take, and which answers you can grab yourself right now.

Write to [email protected]. Bugs, billing, privacy and deletion requests, moderation appeals, partnership inquiries — one queue handles all of it, so nothing bounces between departments. A person reads every message; no auto-responder pretends to solve things.
We answer within 48 hours on most days, faster for anything involving safety or payment. If your issue is urgent, say so in the subject line and it gets triaged first.
The more precisely you describe the problem, the fewer rounds of email it takes. Helpful details include:
What you were trying to do at the moment it broke, and what you expected to happen instead.
A large share of the mail we get is already answered on the site. Camera or microphone refused to start, a match that never connects, questions about what is free — the Chatib not working page and the help center cover the usual suspects step by step.
Wondering how moderation and blocking work before you report someone? The community guidelines describe what happens after a report lands.
There is no way for us to find a specific stranger again. Matches are anonymous by design, and once a conversation ends there is no directory to look the person up in. If a match mattered, the moment to exchange contact details is during the call, not after.
We also never ask for your password, full card details, or a payment to "unlock" support. Anyone demanding those in our name is not us.
Want to know what data Chatib holds about you, or want it gone? Email the same address with the subject line "Privacy request" and we handle it under the rules in the privacy policy. You do not need a lawyer and there is no fee.
If 48 hours pass without an answer, look in your spam or junk folder — our replies sometimes end up there because they contain links. Still nothing? Reply to your own original message instead of starting a new thread; it keeps the whole history in one place and bumps it back to the top of the queue.
Please do not send the same question several times in a row. Duplicates slow the queue down for everyone, including you.
