These terms are the agreement between you and Chatib when you use chatib.fun. We kept the language plain on purpose — nothing important is buried in legalese. By using the site you accept them; if any part is unacceptable, do not use Chatib.

Chatib is strictly for adults. The minimum age is 18 — and where your country sets the age of majority higher, that higher age applies — for any use of the site. By starting a chat you confirm that you meet this requirement. We remove any user we have reason to believe is underage — report suspected minors the moment you encounter one.
You must also be legally permitted to use such a service where you live, and not be someone we previously removed for breaking these terms.
Chatib is a browser-based random video chat: we operate the matching queue and the call infrastructure, and other users provide the conversations. We do not control, pre-screen or endorse what any individual user says or does on camera, and we are not a party to your conversations.
The service is provided as is — we work to keep it fast and available, but uninterrupted operation and any particular match are never guaranteed.
Starting on Chatib is free: first matches and an initial stretch of call time cost nothing. Extended private sessions spend coins, which are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown before purchase. Coins are not a subscription — nothing renews automatically, and no charge ever appears without a purchase you initiated.
Coins are a usage credit, not currency: they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or used outside Chatib. Prices and what coins buy can change, but any change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect. When a glitch on our end eats your coins, email [email protected] and we restore them.
You are responsible for everything you do and show on camera. The community guidelines are part of these terms and describe the standard in detail. The headline rules: no minors in any context, no illegal content or behavior, no harassment or hate, no recording other users, no spam or commercial solicitation, and no attempts to circumvent moderation or bans.
Breaking these rules can end your access immediately and permanently. Serious violations — anything involving minors, threats or illegal acts — are reported to the appropriate authorities.
What you see in a call belongs to the person showing it. You may not record, screenshot, rebroadcast or otherwise capture another user without their clear consent, and you may not use anything from Chatib to harass, shame or extort anyone. If someone does this to you, report it and contact [email protected] — we take it seriously.
We enforce these terms through a mix of automated signals and human review of reports. Depending on severity we warn, suspend, or permanently remove a user, acting without prior notice where safety demands it. If you believe a decision against you was wrong, email [email protected] — a human re-reads every appeal.
You can stop using Chatib anytime by closing the tab — guests hold no account, so there is nothing to cancel.
Within the limits the law permits, Chatib accepts no liability for other users' behavior or content, for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses that follow from trusting anything another user tells you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for our own willful misconduct.
Your conversations with strangers are your own judgment call. Meet no one offline on the strength of a video chat alone, and read the is Chatib safe page before your first long session.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The version in force is always the one dated at the top of this page, and continuing to use Chatib after an update counts as acceptance. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
